Our Purpose

Promoting Independence

PPSL recognises that every resident has different strengths, aspirations and support needs. Our approach focuses on empowering individuals to take increasing responsibility for managing their accommodation and personal circumstances.

Support is delivered in a way that encourages choice, participation and personal responsibility, helping residents to develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills necessary to live independently and maintain successful tenancies in the future.

Homelessness Prevention

Preventing homelessness is central to PPSL's mission. Through early intervention, intensive housing management, partnership working and personalised support planning, PPSL seeks to identify risks to tenancy sustainment at the earliest opportunity and take proactive steps to address them.

We work closely with local authorities, probation services, health providers, registered providers, support organisations and other partners to ensure residents receive coordinated support and have access to suitable accommodation pathways. Where appropriate, PPSL supports residents to move through a planned housing pathway, reducing reliance on crisis services and promoting long-term housing stability.

Commitment

PPSL is committed to delivering accommodation and support services that are safe, effective, person-centred and outcome-focused. We strive to ensure that every resident is treated with dignity, respect and fairness, and is supported to achieve their full potential and live as independently as possible within the community.

  • Testimonials

    Good morning,

I have referred clients to Paradigm in my capacity of a Probation Officer on many occasions. The support they have offered people I manage in the community who are homeless or at risk of losing their accommodation has been invaluable.

The support they are offered once they have been offered a placement is fantastic.

The people I know who have been accommodated with Paradigm have progressed through their sentence with myself without any further cause for me to act with enforcement procedures . Sometime the people I have referred into the service have been very difficult individuals who have had difficulties in previous tenancies. These individuals have flourished with the support they have been offered by their support worker and the scheme.

I can only offer a positive and reassured testament when I chose to refer clients into Paradigm, I can feel assured they will be treated with dignity and respect and offered much needed support when they are in a time of crises.
