At Paradigm Property Solutions Ltd (PPSL), we understand that every veteran's circumstances are different.

Some veterans need a safe place to live with regular housing-related support, while others are ready to take the next step towards independence.

We offer two accommodation pathways, designed to provide stability, dignity and the opportunity to build a brighter future.

Supported Housing – Stability and Support

Our supported housing provides safe, fully furnished shared accommodation for veterans who require low-level housing-related support.

What we provide:

• Comfortable, fully furnished private bedrooms, generally with their own shower room and WC.

• Shared kitchens and communal living areas.

• Typically one hour of face-to-face housing-related support each week.

• Assistance with budgeting, managing bills and maintaining accommodation.

• Guidance with benefits, appointments and accessing community services.

• Support to develop independent living skills and plan for future housing.

Our aim is to help veterans maintain a stable home, build confidence and make positive progress towards independence.

Transitional Housing – Your Next Step Towards Independence

Our transitional housing is designed for veterans who are ready for greater independence but would benefit from additional guidance before moving into longer-term accommodation.

What we provide:

• High-quality, fully furnished shared accommodation.

• Private bedrooms, with ensuite facilities in many properties.

• Tenancy coaching to develop the skills needed to manage a home independently.

• Budgeting, affordability and benefits guidance.

• Support with maintaining a tenancy and managing everyday responsibilities.

• Assistance with planning the next move into longer-term housing.

Transitional housing is particularly suitable for veterans receiving Universal Credit, including those who may also receive Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or have Limited Capability for Work or Work-Related Activity (LCW/LCWRA).

All applications are subject to an individual assessment of suitability, support needs and affordability.

Recently, our team helped a homeless veteran avoid another night sleeping on the streets by securing accommodation in one of our safe, warm homes.

For that individual, it meant more than having a roof over their head. It meant security, dignity and an opportunity for a fresh start.

Working Together to Prevent Veteran Homelessness

We welcome opportunities to work alongside veterans' charities, Armed Forces organisations, local authorities, probation services and other referral partners.

Through these partnerships, we aim to identify veterans at risk of homelessness, respond to urgent housing needs where possible and create sustainable pathways towards independent living.
